Everyone knows that dealing with spinal problems, especially those that are chronic can really wear a person down. Its like someone is chipping at your piece by piece. If you aren't strong or have a positive attitude and approach, its so easy to just give into the pain.
Those of you that have known me for a while, know I am a strong supporter for fighters, for those people who will never give in, never give up, always looking for ways to move ahead. I'd gladly march side by side with anyone who maintains the positive nature. On the flip side, I wish there were things we could do to help those that feel as if their walls are tumbling in all around them.
I just heard part of this a while ago and thought it made a lot of sense.
It's a fine line between pleasure and pain
Let your conscience be your guide 'til we meet again
Your time has come - you can stand or you can run
But don't keep it all inside
Cause you gotta understand that there ain't no second chance
No-one gets outa here alive - only the strong survive
Lets all be Survivors!
