Im doing well with my recovery so far. I can walk a couple of miles, i swim only for 10 minutes and do core pilates exercises by my physio.Im still on pain killers, dihydrocodeine, paracetamol and diazepam.
Im finding that once i stop, say if im stood still for a minute literally, my back gives a really sharp splitting pain horizontally. It feels like my back shifts, and to relieve it i have to tilt my pelvis forward. Its happening everyday, a few times a day and makes me walk with my pelvis pushed forward. Once it goes, im great, but when it happens again its agony.
Ive had this feeling since the operation, but its more troublesome this last 2 weeks by happening more often. I go back to my physio next week, but was wondering if anyone can relate?
