I am very active and workout every day, (P90X) but I my neck makes a clicking noise when I cock it to the left, and I have to keep doing it to relieve tension or pain in the neck, I have been seeing a chiropractor for year now and he says its an inflamed trap muscle causing this, I always feel better after I see him but it alwyas comes back. I cannot get the dull pain or neck clicking to stop...Please help

  • Maybe it's time to get an x-ray to see if you can rule out a cervical spine issue. Depending on the condition of your neck, chiropractic manipulation can cause more harm. Go see you doctor and get the x-ray done soon. Good luck! :)
