I am now going in for surgery this Tuesday. They bumped me up two weeks. I am nervous, and excited, and trying to remain hopeful that this will help some of my pain.
I am having a micro discectomy. With that surgery, are they able to see a lot of what is going on in there, with such a small incision? I am worried that there might be more going on in there that he could fix, but may not see it? Do you know if once a surgeon is in there and there is more damage, do they usually go ahead and fix it? Can they see more than one level, or just the one they are operating on?
Going to try to take it easy this weekend and hopefully the stress won't increase my pain.
Will let you know how everything went, when I can.
>:D< to all!! Hope you all have a great, painfree/less long weekend!
