Back, knee and ankle pain

I have a hard time finding my way around complicated sites like these, but I have to do something about this constant pain of mine and I figure this is the place to find out about it.

I spent 20 years in the Postal Service with flat feet. The feet explain the ankle and knee problems, but I had injuries to my back as well.

Anyway, I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income living in Arizona. I've just moved in and I'm not done yet, but 58 feels like 78 and moving all this crap around isn't helping me.

  • Sorry to hear you're having issues with flat feet causing pain to back and knees and feet. I have flat feet and have back problems outside of it being the flat feet issues and went to a Chiropodist to get fitted for Orthodics hoping that will help some of the issues from walking imbalanced.

What other tests have you had done for your back pain? It could well be caused by disc issues. Thanks also for your service to your country! We're her to support you when you need it. Take care. Charry
