Pain and Numbness

For the last few weeks, I have had pain on the left side of my head above my eye. It is causing high blood pressure (throbbing veins) about 3 inches in diameter around my left temple.

At the same time, I have a numbing from my temple down to about T5 and goes all the way to my left pinky finger.
I hit my head on a bolt in a water park a year and four months ago. The pain when it happened went away in a few days.
I am going to go to my doctor but does anyone know what it could be?
