Anyone had a newborn baby and had to deal with ACDF? Tips?

Hello everyone. I posted before about needing upcoming ACDF.

I injured myself 3 mos ago,the hardest part for me is not being able to care or feel close to my baby anymore. I feel really sad about this.

If any of you have any suggestions on how I could still do little things to be with my baby it would be so appreciated.


Any tips would be wonderful!
