:H hello,i am new to this site,I have had chronic back pain since 1996,
I was operated on for a disk,it didn't work and I have disk degeneration of the spine, also akolonding spondilitis, dont know how to spell that one
I live in pain most of the time,I have just been put on en-done half morning and half at night, I am not sure if I want to go down that road it worries me,update this one i tried the endone, hated how it made me feel so stopped them, that's my story.
My 17yr old daughter was walking down a step and then couldn't walk at all and was in allot of pain, I recognized the symptoms so took her to the doctor who gave her an xray, the xray showed that she has L4 L5 S1 disk prolapsed also disk degeneration
I was wondering if anyone can tell me why at such a young age she would have this and what can I expect for her as it saddens me that she has all this so young.I have not been back to the doctor as yet to see what they want to do as I only just found out when the nurse rang to tell me. :?
She is just to have 3 panadine forte tablets a day for the pain. :jawdrop:
I have no idea what her future will be as she also suffers from PCOS which puts strain on her as well. :''(
My partner also at 50yrs old has found out he has 5 damaged disks and is not on any medication just the occasional panadine forte but is still expected to work even though more damage may be done while working has anyone else had to do this.
Thank you very much I look forward to your reply. :H
