  • Everyone at 1 point in there life has had back pain. Often its simply muscle sprain and with simple deep massage, heat or ice and many alternative methods can help recover and avoid dr all together,

There are many alternative measures that can be taken even before rushing in to a dr office ,

Only after alternative measures been taken and pain is on going where a person feels nothing is helping they need to go have a full spine mri and let the dr give his best opinion if he feels its something that needs to be treated by there medical staff and pain specialists or surgens,

Have a look around spine health site and you will find a lot of info on preventing back injury and alternative treatments, Good luck,
