Even though, we provide details in our Forum Rules and in our FAQ, there are new members who clearly have not seen any of the above.

There are a few that violate forum rules and we deal with those as they arise.

But there are also those that make it clear that the rules and FAQ were never read.

- Mentioning Doctor names
- URLs to site containing identical information available at Spine-Health.
- Requesting advice based on their MRI report
- Asking for advice without providing any personal medical information.
- Making duplicate or more posts in different categories

It is so much easier when a new member starts to post here after they have read the rules.

Please, please, spend a few minutes reading the rules and then the FAQ. There is adequate information there to help make your posts more meaningful and accepted.

Doing this makes it easier for everyone. Failing to do this can cause confusion and then additional work by the Moderator team to clean up.
