I belonged five yrs ago for my last back surgery but now have had another the end February.
I have spinal stenosis and spondlethis? I had a seven hr. surgery five weeks ago re doing S1 L5 L4 and now on top of that L3 and L2. I am still in pain and am soooo tired I think there is something wrong with me.\
I can only take 5 or 10 mg. of oxycodone, not contin, which is not a lot. I am trying to walk but I am exhausted after three hrs in a store; I wonder if anyone else feels exhausted like that.
I do not go back to dr EDITED at s. mikes in toronto until may; but I remember him saying it is painful when things are redone and then two more discs added.
I have quit smoking for almost seven wks. but gained seventy lbs since my surgery five yrs ago and could never lose it. I was so active then , scuba diving, inline skating, ice, rock climb. etc, etc. and then when i could not turn my back i became very depressed and ate more because i did none of the things I used to do.
Is any one else trying to lose weight and if so how.
I am so tired of pain, groannnnn.
Hope you all feel better soon.
