Has anyone used Neck Solution's Home Neck Traction? I'm considering buying it but am not sure. Thanks.

  • I am not familiar with that type, but prior to my fusion I tried a pronex cervical traction device that my massage therapist had and I quickly purchased one after that. It would provide me a few painfree moments and was a lifesaver!
    Good Luck!

  • If there is cord compression traction can cause the disk bulge to scrape an stretch the cord.

Also, be careful with too much weight. If your are seated you can use more weight because you have to lift the weight of your head.

Angle is also important for necks and which level needs to me stretched. I read that 30 degrees forward is best for C 5-6.
