Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone knows why people get a straight spine?? I keep being told by everyone i see that my spine is very straight. When i had a massage a this week my therapist had said the same thing and said that my neck was straightening as well.I just had surgery a couple years ago on my cervical spine and this is really starting to worry me.I really don't want to do any more physical therapy but i don't know what else i can do to get the natural curves back. Anyone have any suggestions, please feel free to comment.

  • Maybe someone else can help you with the why/what you can do. I know I have either a straight spine in the cervical area or even possibly having somewhat arching in the wrong direction.

I don't know how/if the curve can be changed, but I'd consult your doctor first before trying anything.

I also have scoliosis lower - we have such fun!

  • No one has any idea about this? Please any suggestions i will take anything lol.
