Deciding if I should have a third surgery

I have had two spinal fusions at l4 l5, first in April 2010 and the second one done September 26, 2011. The first one was done because of a severely herniated disc and the second one was done to repair the first back fusion. I am still experiencing sharp, burning radiating pain in my left buttock, down my left leg, shin and sometimes into my foot. It gets really bad when I stand or very active and when I bend forward and the straighten up.I also experience a deep dull ache that feels like it is deep in the bone of my left hip. I am getting really frustrated and if I could go back in time I would never had this surgery done in the first place. The doctor says the pain is being caused by scar tissue that has encircled the opening where the nerve exits the spinal column.Any advice or information regarding my problem would be greatly appreciated.Struggling with severe chronic back and leg pain and not sure if I should have a third surgery to remove the scar tissue. Thank-you Michael Fennell
