Disc Bulge l4l5 l5s1

Hi everyone! I am a 32 tear old woman I just had a baby and have had back pain for 10 years now. During my pregnancy my pain became unbearable and still has not stopped!! I am looking into treatments and just started with a new PM doctor after not being treated for several years. I was in two car accidents about 10 years ago that caused the start of the back pain, my MRI from 2003 states I have a disc bulge at L4-L5 with a annulus tear and a slight bulge at L5-S1, but I really have no idea how things look now until I have a new MRI. I hope to find some answers from others who have been successfully treated with these kind of issues.
