Small posterior central disc protrusion at T7-8, mildy narrowing the central canal. Small right-sided calcific density is seen involving the ligamentum flavum at T9-10. Similar finding is seen bilaterally at T10-11. No severe spinal canal stenosis of the thoracic spine is identified. Some of the thoracic neural formanina are slightly narrowed by spur formation.
