Please help...Sciatica with bulging disc at S1

Hello, I have been in severe pain for the last 3 months with sciatica. I have NO health insurance and do not know what to do for relief. I have literally been inside my house not able to move without pain for this whole time. I have been to the E.R. where they told me that I do have a bulging disc at S1. I have numbness in my left leg from the knee down on the outer part of the leg. My left foot is also numb to the "halfway" mark. (3rd toe). Any type of movement is extremely painful and I just do not know what to do anymore. Please if anyone can give me some sort of advise, like how to deal with this pain, how to help it heal and how long this may go on. Im not too sure how much more that I can take of this pain. I cry because I am so mentally tired from hurting ALL the time.
