Intense Nerve Pain

For the background on my issue, feel free to look at my other topics I have posted. I'm 24 year old male suffering from L5/S1 chronic back pain and both leg sciatica pain. I was wondering if there are any good exercises I can try to do to help my leg pain. My left leg is the most painful. Some days right leg doesn't even hurt, while others it is terrible. The worst leg pain is when I put my leg or legs out straight and move my foot towards my body. the pain is INSANE from there up my whole leg. Any ideas would be appreciated.

  • Nerve pain is the worse! For me the only thing that helped me is just lying still. Then they did surgery and the nerve pain went away but I still have spots on my leg and my toes that are numb. I've had 2 surgeries the past year. 1 to repair a ruptured disc that caused my nerve pain and the other was a fusion of L5/S1. I really hope you find some relief.
