hello this is haresh kumar from tampa florida.

I had surgery on jan 4th acdf c5-c6-c7 .I still have pain on my neck.

how long it will take to recover.

  • I had my ACDF a couple of years ago. You're only a couple of months out of surgery. You can continue to improve for a number of months. Take a look at the Back and Neck Surgery Forum. There are a lot of threads from people about the Surgery, Or check the recovery from surgery forum.

I had a 4 level, so my recovery may have been different from you. I still have symptoms, but at least my cervical spine is stable. My surgeon didn't promise the pain would go away. Is the pain better than before the surgery?
    4 level ACDF C4-C7 5-2-11, laminectomy & discectomy L4-L5 1/26/12, ALIF L4-5, L5-S1 12/10/12.
