Discal Bulge with Annular Tear

Hi All,

my sister is recently suffering with backache when we undergone

MRI, the Impression from the Radiologist is

1) Sacralized L5 Vertebra.
2) Discal bulge, broad based central/jright paracentral protrusion, annular tear at L4-L5 with compression of thecal
sac, right traversing root.
3) Narrowing of spinal canal, lateral recess at L4-L5, L5-S1.

When we consulted a doctor, he was suggesting operation. Please suggest if we have to undergo operation for her.
Her age is 25. So not sure if we have to opt operatoin at this age and we also not aware of complications once the operatoin
is done.

Please suggest. Thank you.
