I have disc herniation problem in L5-S1 disc. I suffered from sciatic pain 10-15 days ago. At that time i was not able to bend forward and pain was radiating to my right leg. After 15 days, i am able to bend forward fully(as normal people will do) but the pain still remains in my butt (it sometimes reaches my leg but very rarely, i feel that my hamstrings have gone weak). Then pain subsides when i apply heat packs.
I tried to do some stretching, the pain reduces for some time but comes again after i am done with my exercises. Should i take more rest or continue doing back stretching and strengthening exercises?
