How do/did you find the best?? Just wondering since they all will claim to be the best!? Their web sights and testimonials are all the same....?

  • I got my surgeon through my Primary care. Then I did research on him on internet, then sitting in his waiting room which was crowded asked questions about him from his patients. I got all great answers about him .I went with him and had my surgery the 13th of march. I am very happy with my surgeon.Good luck kathy

Recommended my Neurosurgeon. He said if he ever had back problems that he would be the Dr. for he would see. I did all the usual internet searches and looked at all the reviews before deciding he was the right surgeon for me
  • I went to a nuerosurgeon off these sights that said he no prior problems...and when I looked him up alone, he had just paid off a couple 16.5 million dollars in California, and I am in Florida (where he is now).
  • Try asking around after looking on sites. Picking a spine surgeon can be one of the most important decisions you'll make. Not only are their surgical skills important, but you need to find one that is compassionate. Having a compassionate surgeon can make all the difference. Find one that takes time to get to know you. My surgeon is to the point that he knows how I'm going when he first looks at me in the room. What part of Florida are you in?
  • I live in Naples Fla...southwest!
  • i got mine from my neurologist. She recommended him and actually had a surgery done by him already. So i felt secure in knowing he was the one. I also checked him out on the web before i saw him to see what others had to say about him and his office.
  • My fibromyalgia specialist recommended him as a neurosurgeon who would only recommended surgery if he considered it 100% necessary - last resort only.
