insurance for lower back

I'm starting to feel pain on my lower back and I'm worried that it would be something that is critical and might cause me lots of money. I wanted to have, if it is indeed a severe condition, to spent as less as possible if I'm going to undergo any treatment. With that having said, is there an insurance that will help me with it? Also, would my insurance permit me to have a claim if ever I really had that condition on my lower back?

Thanks for the response. ** edited to remove hyperlink**

If you are in the US

    (1) Currently there are high risk pre-existing pooled coverage options
    (2) Starting 10/1/13 you can enroll in a Healthcare Exchange. Many people who are low income will qualify for premium assistance (I did research today and am surprised that even those making $36K/yr with two adults in the household will qualify for significant premium assistance)
