Prolotherapy after epidural steroid injection

Hi all,

I have just had my first prolotherapy injections to SIJ and L5-S1. Just realised that my previous l5-S1 epidural steroid injection (which had zero effect) may block effectiveness of prolotherapy injections. Does anyone know how quickly after steroid injections you can undertake prolotherapy treatment ? I have waited only 6 weeks between the two therapies.

Nothing on internet to indicate best practice.

Anxious !!
