rectal pain when sitting?

My back pain is very very low at times
Even rectal pain too, can anyone relate?

  • I am 13 weeks post op and doing well. The other night I woke up around 3am with rectal pain that would not go away. It felt like I had had some sort of trauma, which, trust me, I had not! I couldn't go back to sleep with the pain and ended up taking 2 Norco, which allowed me to return to sleep. Next day I was perfectly fine and nothing since. What the heck?
