I'm posting here to see if anyone can help me with a small problem. I recently started working out with light weights/training etc but it seems after a session ..the next day I get a dull ache about a third of the way down my back.
I have seen a physio about this and he thinks I have a protruding vertebrae in that area. He crunched a few things into place and I have been going back for a few weeks but the problem is still there.
He said that the vertebrae has to be manipulated back into position for me to carry out regular exercise but now it's getting a little costly and just wanted to ask if you guys could give me a second opinion or any other reason if any..that the pain is present after training?
