chronic pain as a result of osteopathy

Over a year and a half ago I visited an osteopath as I was experiencing occasional knee pain (mild), As the osteopathic treatment progressed I started experiencing a wide array of completely new pain in parts in multiple body parts (stabbing pain in my shoulder and all over my back, shooting pain in my hips, electric pain down my arms and in my writs, and burning pain in my arms and legs. The osteopath reassured me that everything I was experiencing was a normal part of the osteopathic treatment since the spine was "in process." Soon after what was supposed to be my last adjustment my body collapsed and I experienced a cascade of even more pains and aches all over my body. Since that day my body is riddled with an almost interminable list of pains: chronic neck pain, ankle pain, burning pain all over my arms and legs, and intense SI pain and pain in my hips and pelvis. A complete and utter nightmare. After a year and a half of doctor's visits I still don't know what is wrong and my x-rays came out normal. According to various practitioner my spine looks normal to them. I am at my wit's end and desperate to get my health and my life back. I have been unable to engage in any kind of physical activity since the osteopathy. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
