    Thank you for posting this. It is information I did not realise until I was given the picture at the hospital. It's why I have everything set up for lying down now, TV, laptop, cup of coffee - just joking. If you don't wanna read the science blurb the picture is Fig 4, page 3. There are a lot of simpler images on the web as well. I could not believe the pressure put on our spines through sitting down let alone slumping while sitting.

    I remember reading a Dr Zeuss book when I was a kid called 'A Big Ball of String'. I always wanted a bedroom set up like that. Now I sometimes need one. Where is Dr Zeuss when you need him? Wish Dr Zeuss was a spine specialist. Ha ha.
