Laminectomy and fusion both anterior and poaterior approach l5/s1 new pain post op

i am 42. i had a laminectomy with spinal fusion of l5/s1 anterior approach in march of his year. thrn in june i had to had more hardware put in for stability due to continued pain this time through the back. at first all was good. inwas able yondo dishes again..walk..stand to do my makeup amd hair..life was changing..then in august i began having sharp..out of nowhere pain that shoots thru my rectum down my leg. its paralyzing pain. all i can do is scream and wrigle around till it passes..about half hour. then its gone. i have terrible tailbone pain also..cannot sit long at all. i now have a pain on the right side..right under my incision scar..very sharp when i walk. i can no longer walk thru the store or long at all before thr pain is too intense and i am where i have to shuffle my right leg to get to car. i told my surgeon who thinks is Si Joiny pain..i have had SI joint disfunction for years and its def not that..plus since its right by thr incisiom i know its due to surgery. he tried an injection therr which did nothing. now hes talking about removing thr jardware...another surgery. has anyone had these troubles..pains..escpecialky the sharp shooting pain thru the rectum and down leg...cux dr seems to be kot aware of that. its horrible. will wake me from dead sleep. has anyome had to have hardware taken out?? did it help...
