I sleep on my side -almost exclusively my right side. I have a water-filled pillow that i can adjust to be thicker/firmer or thinner. My neck hurts on my right side. I can't tell from looking or feeling if my head is angled up or down. If I sleep on my right side, and my neck hurts on my right side, does that mean my pillow is too thin (meaning angled down or flexed on that side) or too thick (meaning angled up or stretched on that side)? Anyone know?
