Pain is worse 4 months after SCS implant

I use the SCS for L hip and leg pain and also R foot CRPS. I turn on the SCS and set it at a comfortable level. Then, after awhile, maybe 30 minutes to 1 hour, my pain level increases dramatically. The new pain is a severe cramping and burning feeling in the muscles of my low back and radiates down both legs. I feel like I'm on fire. (This is not from the battery getting hot)
