Leg pain for two weeks

Hello for past two weeks I have had leg pain lower and I get these cramp like pains in back of thigh and low butt area on left side when get up and sometimes pains on side of
Knee and leg it's all on the left side started two weeks ago after got out of the car had extreme pain in lower back then next day went away and leg was hurting I get those cramp pains all time get up plus and get foot pain on top sometime as well as
Numbness it feels. I went to doctors they did two ultrasounds on my leg which both came back no bold clots and did X-ray and saw arthrits in my lower back plus my right leg I can put my foot and ankle on my knee like to put my socks on but my left one I can but it's so tight and hard to do it what could this be plus it does not hurt when walk or run after i get up and get going after those pains go away in like a couple of seconds
