that pain in your hips and low spine could be blamed on cervical problems. It is more likely since you have been feeling better, that you are doing more physical activity and as such may have overdone it a bit and caused inflammation or overuse of your low spine, hips and it may ease over a few days , with reductions of activity.
  • Just a thought but have you ever been seen by a rheumatologist. I ask because you mention joint pain, extremely fatigued and you said you hurt all over. I only ask because I had similar symptoms before I was diagnosed with RA. I also would run a fever with my symptoms-did you happen to notice if you were feverish? I'm not saying this is the case with you, just when I saw your symptoms, it reminded me of the way I would feel-kinda like I had been run over by a semi-truck. Most likely though what Sandi said is more accurate--you probably just over did it since your neck was feeling better you ended up over exerting yourself. Anyway, I hope you feel better soon. Try taking it easy for a bit and try some ice packs and some hot soaks in the tub.
