Is laser treatment an option?

Hello,
I am 44 years old and have had lumbar pain since my early twenties. In my early thirties I had suffered my first real loss of ability when I had to quit riding Mtn Bikes due to the excruciating pain it would cause. This was almost more difficult emotionally as it had become a passion. Unlike many people, I can not recall any one incident that caused my pain, it just showed up and gradually got worse. It was in 2012 when I finally decided to see a doctor about my lumbar and they ordered an xray. Upon seeing the x-ray I was immediately referred to an ortho for consultation. The ortho doc said they would build a cage to isolate the L4. He had not seen an MRI yet. A year later I was doing all I could to walk with a cain so it was back to the docs again. However this time I had moved to a new city. An x-ray and MRI revealed the following.
L4 pars interarticularis fracture
Broad base protrusion of L4/L5
L4/L5 Vertical Foramina Stenosis
L4 Horizontal Foramina Stenosis
L4/L5 DDD with narrowing and nerve root pain.
L4 Spondylolisthesis
If anyone else has had a similar situation with successful treatment experience, I would love to hear your story!
Thank you,
LDB
