Broad based disc bulge at my c6/c7

I have a broad based disc bulge c6/c7 slightly more pronounced to the left of the midline no central canal stenosis. Mild foraminal encroachment on the left . Axial sequence is degraded by motion. Can anyone tell me if they have any experience with this and what does it mean for me. I also have degenerative discs. I have had 2 lumbar surgeries, both for L4/L5 and L5/S1 on my lumbar spine. I had my last surgery on Dec.19, 2013. It was an ALIF that was unsuccessful for my L4/L5 disc dessication. do to its location near my iliac and femoral arteries, but the Dr did do a fusion on my L5/S1.
Still in pain and will be going for spinal injections on my cervical and lumbar spine. any help would be appreciated!!!!
