Car Accident Pains

I was rear-ended 9 months ago and ever since then i've had a sharp pain between my shoulder blades and i've noticed when i have this back pain i'm also very light-headed. I get back pain whenever I lift anything over 20 pounds. I've had MRI's done on my neck and head to see if I had any nerve damage but the tests came back ok. I've also been to two different doctors for my back pain and they have both told me to take aleeve which doesn't help at all. I recently had an x-ray for chest pain which also showed my spine and they said it looked ok but there is obviously something wrong. I get so light headed and dizzy that I can't live a normal life. Any ideas would help a lot. I don't know what else I can do when the doctors tell me to take pain medication and won't do anything more than that. Thanks!
