Hello. I have had major back surgery on 9/9/2013- lamectomy, disc removal, and fusion- of the L5 & L6- yes, I have an extra vertebrae. the L6 and L5 for some reason decide to give me problems now at the age of 37years old- now I am 43. It was slipping due to not having normal disc compare to other disc in my back. This allowed my body to "fix" it self unsuccessfully as I began to get sciatic pain in my left buttocks and leg. Came to a point I was not able to walk. Finally found a great doctor who took notice to all of this- Dr. He took care of the issue at hand. But now I am still experiencing pain, two weeks after going to PT for the back surgery healing. So the pain is now in my right hip area. Have seen many doctors, but no one wants to do something to help me but shoot me up with more injections which never works for me from my previous injections. So now I am wondering about is it my lack of muscle tone and how to help it to get to a point that it needs to be so it can help me recuperate to having no more back and hip pain.
