Had a disc replacement (prodisc c) c5-c6 now still in extreme pain after feeling fine for a while?

I had a disc replacement in my c5-c6 on feb.19 i was doing fine after and thought i was better until i started having problems again the pain started in my left side and just started getting worse and worse and now my ring finger and middle finger cramp up together i can move them but when i relax the go right back to eachother and i have extreme pain in my elbow and down my fore arm all on the left side my doctor had a mri done and it said c5-c5 :postoperative changes with disc prosthesis that appears to reside in satisfactory position allowing for limitations imposed by the associated artifact. No spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis is evident. c4-c5 says small to very small central and slight right paracentral posterior disc protrusion. partial effacement of the right anterior thecal sac. no cord deformity and overall minimal spinal canal stenosis. my doctor reviewed my mri and said there is nothing showing anything that could cause pain so im trying to get any information if anyone know what i should do next because the pain is non stop the doctor said it cant be the c4-c5 problem since its on my right anterior thecal sac and my pains on the left side is that true? any help would be appreciative!
