cervical and lumbar pain at the age of 30

Hello I am 30 and having degenerative discs.that cause both lumbar and cervical pains.some times most severe that I go for bed rest for three months.i have my mri and clinical records of last 10 years.my pains are getting severe day by day that my every day routine is paralysed. 1st I took medicines then met chiropractor and then started yoga but now I need a strict guidelines to manage my pains because my mother was at the same stage when she was 30 and now she is with spinal scoliosis,herniated discs and recommended for surgery at the age of 50 but I don't want my future like her.can you help me solving this issue.
