Numbness after Nerve Ablation

In March 2014 I had a RF Nerve Ablation done on my C2 though C5. Since then, along with the same neck pain the nerve ablation was supposed to get rid of, I have had a numb spot about the size of my hand on my shoulder to the base of my neck. It pinches and is itchy, sore, and very sensitive to the touch.

I am irritated because all of my doctors are kind of brushing it off and throwing more and more meds at me.

Has anyone else had this issue? How was it resolved?
