Lower back pain when I get out of bed and other scenarios

Hello I'm 28 years old turning 29 in August. Ive been dealing with a minor lower back pain, some times it can be severe pain. I mainly feel the pain when I get out of bed. Trying to lift my body up and out of bed. I also feel pain when getting out and in of my car. If i'm sitting on a chair and just lean foward to stretch, I can feel it. Also when I lean back and look into the sky to stretch my back, I feel pain in lower section.

1 week ago, I went to a chiropractor. He said 1 leg is longer then the other. Believed he said I have uneven hip. I also rememeber when I was a kid another chiropractor told me that I had uneven legs. Right now the pain is manageable. I'm just really scard because i'm getting my hours cut at work and will be losing my benefits. I think i'm going to the doctors tomorrow. Should I ask the doctor what the diagnoses is? Should I ask for a X ray? I'm just trying to do everything I can before my health insurance runs out. I'm hoping If I figure out what is causing the pain, I can do special exercises or something on my own to make it better.

Can anyone relate with the same kinda pain in lower back?

PS: 1 more thing.. When I lay on my stomach and I tell my girlfriend to massage my lower back. Each time she puts her palms on my entire back and her palms make her way down my back towards my lower back and butt. All of the pressure on my lowerpart of the back feels very uncomfortable and pretty painful. It is a good kind of pain though when she applies pressure to the lower back. Is that safe to do? I'm not sure if its good or not. It hurts in a good way..
