3 days ago, i founded out that i had trouble bending down. Even when i just slightly bend down, pain erupts around my butt and lower back. I can barely do any stretches. The first 2 days, taking a warm shower relieved the pain and allowed me to do some stretches. Also i think this problem has been around for awhile. A few months ago, whenever i bent down to pick something heavy, i would feel pain in my low back. It wasnt a constant pain like now. I have been pressing down on my back and butt, trying to find where the pain is starting from but i cant find anything. For now l, ill just rest and hope it gets better.
