Hey gang, apologies if this should be in a different sub forum.
I find i get a lot of relief from QL massages as they get pretty tight. I go for massages once per month which helps, but has anyone found a good way to do this at home on their own? I've been watching some videos on youtube, tried using a tennis ball / lacrosse ball but i don't think i'm really hitting them. Anyone have any tricks they'd share/
