Anyone have some good techniques for stretching your QL muscles?

Hey gang, apologies if this should be in a different sub forum.

I find i get a lot of relief from QL massages as they get pretty tight. I go for massages once per month which helps, but has anyone found a good way to do this at home on their own? I've been watching some videos on youtube, tried using a tennis ball / lacrosse ball but i don't think i'm really hitting them. Anyone have any tricks they'd share/

Here are a couple of resources that I have found very useful.

The second site kinda seems like he's trying to sell ya something, but there's some good info there.

I've also tried the lacrosse ball/myofacial release and I'm still not sure I'm doing it right. Let me know how it goes.
