Hello and question about Dural Ectasia

I'm a 49 year woman who was diagnosed with Osteoporosis in my spine a year ago and I've just been diagnosed with Dural Ectasia after two years of on and off pain (episodes have been getting more frequent recently)
Im being treated for the osteoporosis by an Endocrinologist and am seeing a Neurologist for the Dural Ectasia in late July.
I've been trying to find some information about the DE, but can really on find information relating to its presence in Marfan Syndrome which as far as I know, I don't have..not having any of the characteristics apart from being long limbed and slim.

Can anyone help me out please...it's a long wait until I see the Neuro and my GP doesn't know anything about the condition.
