pain started again

I am new to this group but am searching for anyone that might be having the same problems. I had my surgery at the end of Jan of this year so about 6 months out was doing really good no major problems until about a month ago. First had C4/5/6 fusion no problems after surgery. then about a month ago started with the pain in my lower neck have limited motion when i look down. also having pain in the shoulder blade area. having some spasm in the shoulder area and weakness in the upper arm and a weak hand grip. i had a 3 month check up with x-rays but all i was told was it looked good didn't say anything about the fusion or anything. just a little worried with this pain since it is something new since i had no pain like this after surgery.
