I had lam/disc @ L4-L5 15 years ago without a very good outcome. My latest problems are numb spots in between both big toes with increasing back pain and left side sciatica. Below are 2 links to my latest MRI I had done last week. And of course my doctor is on vacation for 2 weeks. Any help deciphering is appreciated.
