Hi there,

I think I may have slept a little twisted about two nights ago. My back started with a little twinge and has progressively become worse since. The pain is in the middle of my back slightly to the right. I've not really had back pain before but I feel now that my back is completely seized up and laying down, sitting and walking are all excruciating. I have taken one tramadol and have had my feet elevated whilst lying on my yoga mat but now I can barely move.
I'll make an appointment first thing for the doctor, but does anyone have any advice to help me get through the night please?
I'm even starting to find it difficult to breathe.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
