I sure have missed you all. I am back and well, not so good.
Facing another back surgery. I can handle the back pain but this is making my legs so painful, toes go numb, can't sit nor stand for more than 15min. And I am still pushing myself trying to deny my issues.
It's been few years since I have been around. We moved out to the country area, so no more stairs. And for those of you who remember me my mom was living with us, and she is now in assisted living place.
I had to start all over with doctors, then lost insurance (hubby got laid off) so that was a challenge. I ended up in ICU for a bit with my lung issues.
We all have such struggles with pain issues, its double stress when we have to deal with insurance companies.
My husband has been working out of state just to work, its been very hard.
Have to clear up lungs before surgery. Love my surgeon (went to 4) he is very good at explaining and telling things to me that are true.
I am in need of disc removal and fusion, and he says gives me 75 % or higher that this will help my legs. He was honest and said I will always have back pain, but I need to have it soon or could risk nerve damaged.
Look forward to catch up with some old friends and meet some new ones.
