Constant pain all of a sudden - worried

I had a discetomy Exactaly 3 months ago. Starting to feel better but yesterday and today I hae had pretty much constant pain, which I haven't had in a few months! Not sure what to think, flare up? Or worse? I'm pretty worried

  • I had ACDF on May 16th. I began feeling better around the 3 month mark. As I approached four months, I began to have pain, weakness and tingling in all my extremities. I saw my neurosurgeon on September 3. He ordered an x-ray of my neck. The x-ray showed that I was healing well and the hardware hadn't moved. My doctor told me that maybe I had over done it during PT. I'm still experiencing some pain, weakness, and tingling, but the symptoms seem to be less intense. I have had several set-backs during my recovery. My doctor assures me that this is all part of a very long recovery process. I am praying he is right because that is all that gives me hope. You might be having a similar experience. Please let me know how you are doing.
