8 Leval S1 to T10 or T8 Revision and fusion extension

This will be my 8th Muscular-Skeleton Complex and complicated surgical procedure.
It is also an 8 level spinal trauma repair attempt to retain function of lower extremities.
Primary condition is Neurological Autoimmune disease class degeneration and inflammation/pain feedback loop causing aggressive bone growth as my body attempts to heal itself.
Spinal cord compression at L1 and T12 with bilateral foraminal stenosis from moderate to severe at L3,4,5 - C5,6,7, - T2,3,4 and central canal stenosis at various levels and degrees including thoracic.
Have experienced a long hard and slow screw death gone wrong pain and disability free fall.
I have broad experience in coping and enduring in several methods for self survival with extensive knowledge of pharmacological aids and self care through all mediums of spiritual practices and distraction techniques.

And yet I know that what's coming may possibly be my greatest challenge.

Is there anyone here who has a similar history?
Both Shoulders Reconstruction
S1 to L3 FF. C3-4 plates
S1-T10 8 level posterior approach procedure TBA end of September.
7 Surgeries 6 months apart by end of 2012
Neurological autoimmune disease class progressive state.
